9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our course materials, which include instant access to proprietary content, templates, and resources, we do not offer refunds once enrollment is complete. This policy reflects the value and transformative power of the Educator's Exit program, which is designed to equip you with the skills, tools, and support necessary to successfully transition into a fulfilling Virtual Assistant career. We understand that committing to a course is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident in your investment. 10. Feedback Policy
At Educator's Exit, we promote a positive learning environment and value constructive feedback. While we encourage open communication, we expect students to express concerns or criticisms directly to our support team or instructor. Sharing negative information about the course on any media, including social platforms, in a derogatory or inappropriate manner, may harm the learning experience for others. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any student who violates this policy without providing a refund. Addressing concerns privately allows for a more constructive resolution, benefiting all students and our educational community.

11. Facebook Community
We are committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive Facebook community for all our students. We encourage open and constructive discussions, where every member is treated with courtesy and dignity. We expect all community members to engage in conversations with respect for differing opinions, backgrounds, and experiences. Disparaging, offensive, or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates this policy. Furthermore, we retain the right to remove members from the Facebook group, and potentially the course, who do not adhere to these guidelines, as this ensures a supportive and positive online space for everyone to learn and grow together.

To protect the intellectual property, content, and mission of Educator’s Exit, students agree that they will not create, sell, or promote any Virtual Assistant-related courses, programs, materials, or coaching services targeting teachers within five (5) years of their enrollment in Educator’s Exit. This includes but is not limited to online courses, coaching programs, memberships, and paid digital products.
